A hotel brand entered the former building of the Ministry of Justice located on Rustaveli Avenue will be known on October 15.

"Rustaveli Property" company which manages the project explains that the hotel operator company registered in North America was interested in the former building of Justice Ministry and top-class hotel will be located on Rustaveli Avenue. According to them, the concept of the hotel is ready and a construction company will be revealed via tender. "Rustaveli Property" purchased the building via auction for 700 thousand GEL.
