Giorgi Barvenashvili estimates President ‘s statement regarding "National Movement" going into opposition as a sign of democracy and a step towards it”.

According to “Goro Group" Director, after October 1 parliamentary elections, interest of investors in Georgia will continue to increase, and thus business will find itself in a winning situation.

Barvenashvili claims that he is familiar with the "Georgian Dream" economic program, among which release from interfering in business and low interest rate loans are the most important for business. Barvenashvili notes to this day, carter agreements are still in force in the Georgian market which regulate prices in the market, after the coalition comes to power the situation will be improved and this will not happen under the conditions of a free trial. He notes that Georgian business will have to act in competitive environment.

“The real estate market will be delayed for another two weeks, but the peaceful elections in the country will be an additional impetus for users to make a large purchase, "- Barvenashvili adds. In his words, after "Georgian Dream’s" coming to power, the number of transactions in the real estate market which grew at the expense of the property pawned in banks will decrease.
