Silk Road Group has released a special statement over the Batumi Trump Tower project.

"Last period various media agencies are naming the Batumi Trump Tower project among concrete government projects that may be suspended by the new government.

Therefore, Silk Road Group would like to make the following statement:

"The Batumi Trump Tower represents not state, but a private project, which is being implemented by Silk Road Group as part of the license agreement with Donald Trump.

Any incorrect context around the Trump Tower project, namely, announcement of this private project as a state one without any ground, which will not be financed by the new government, may, one the one hand, misinform the society and, on the other hand, frustrate the project implementation.

As reported, the Batumi Trump Tower general plan and drafts have been already developed. The so-called Model House has been already installed on the territory to promote sales after introducing a detailed design.
