After the Elections, Real Estate Market Revived a Little

After the elections consumer activity has slightly increased in the real estate market, while the highest demand is observed for the central districts.


The manager of the real estate agency "Erdo Group" Aleko Chubinidze informs сommersant.ge, after the elections consumer activity has increased but the increase in demand has been observed only since the last week, and the agency does not have data on the percentage growth.

Chubinidze claims, demands intensified in sales segment. The activation process in this regard is felt in Saburtalo district where the cost per a square meter starts from 650 USD. While in the rental segment Vake district turned out to be the most demanded, where the starting price is 1000 USD.

A similar assessment was made ​​by another real estate agency “Macler.ge".

As they say, the greatest demand is for the central districts, namely Saburtalo, Vake and Mtatsminda. According to the agency, prices in Vake district start from 1700 USD per a square meter.

The agency says the demand has increased for all segments, but users are most interested in renting office space in the central areas.

As for prices, they note, after the elections prices have not changed in any of the segments and the price changes have not affected either sales or rent.
