According to President’s new attorney in Imereti region Vakhtang Balavadze, demand for land privatization has increased in Kutaisi. He says applications for the approval of hotel and catering facilities construction have already submitted to the City Hall. However, Balavadze refrains from naming the companies at this stage.

He notes, real estate market has revived after Parliament moved to Kutaisi and now it is virtually impossible to rent an apartment in the city. The governor claims that the launched projects are being carried out and infrastructure arrangement will be fully completed on the territory of the legislative body by the end of the month.
