Today, October 30, a new premium-class multi-functional commercial center "Grato Passage" will be opened in the center of the capital.

A premium class store "New Trend" which is represented by such well-known brands as : GUCCI, DOLCE & GABBANA, DSQUARED, Giorgio Armani, Paul Smith, Junya Watanabe and DVF is located on the ground floor of the center as well as the Italian restaurant "Gusto".

The first concept store (Concept Store) in Georgia - BREATHLESS will be opened on the first floor, where the following brands will be represented: Kenzo, John Galliano, Jil Sander, Rochas, Issey Miyake, Lanvin, Michael Kors, Isabel Marant, Jean Paul Gaultier, Acne.

“Grato Passage” construction began in 2007. The total amount of investment makes 7 million USD. “Grato Passage” is a 10 - storey, premium-class multi-functional commercial center, combining both commercial and office spaces. “Grato Passage” construction was completed in March 2012.
