Builders Association to Offer Gov’t its Own Initiatives

Builders Association plans to start meetings with new economic team within one month. The Chairman of the Association, the Executive Director of the development company "Arci" informs the radio "Commersant" that developers will offer certain proposals at the meetings which should support the development of real estate market.

According to Tornike Abuladze, it is impossible to solve problems in ten frames of one meeting, so the developers are planning activities in all directions. He explains, all companies have similar problems, however, each company may have a different idea of their solution, so "Arci" will work out a document which will be submitted to the government and the local municipality. "Arci" Executive Director notes, real estate market is in a poor condition today because residential apartments are not being built in the country today and relationship with ten state is very important in this situation.
