The Chairman of Georgian Union of Architects disagrees with the assessment of the world-famous real estate consulting company.

A reminder: "Jones Lung Las Salle” representative Martin Canters in his interview with "Financial" newspaper notes that the second specific problem is the shortage of modern buildings, because there is almost no new building which meets international standards in the capital.

According to Abuladze, to say that there are no modern buildings in the capital is invalid, because the buildings of Prosecutor’s Office and the central bank are fully consistent with the standards of modern architecture. In his words, a number of the buildings in the capital are of a western-style. This is an unfair assessment, as modern buildings really exist in Tbilisi, although a more precise explanation from the expert would be better, "- Abuladze said.
