This issue has become topical after a statement made by the founder of the company implementing the project. "Niba Invest " announced about the project’s transmission to "Turkmall " at the time. However, one of the founders of the company Niko Lekishvili explained “Commersant" last week that a handover of the project to "Turkmall " was not decided and talks were being held with other companies as well.

"Turkmall" head office confirmed "Commersant" that the issue on the Delisi project taking over had not been decided yet. However, they say that the company is interested in the shopping center, and work continues on this issue. As for "Turkmall" other projects in Rustavi and Batumi, the company states that they are interested in investing in Georgia, however, they are negotiating with banks for financial support.
