A development company "Axis" expects 10-15% growth in prices in the real estate market. As the company's Director General explains "Commersant", the demand increased on the completed sites and the sites with a bank guarantee. Accordingly, Giorgi Kapanadze notes that when the demand is increasing it will reflect in a price.

Kapanadze claims that by the end of the year the growth will be minimal, because companies plan New Year discounts. However, "Axis" Director General suggests that in January next year the average rate will increase by 15% compared with 2012. In his words, the increase in prices is provided by the situation existing in the market and a separate company does not make a decision on lifting prices.

A real estate company ''Arci” announces that in the recent period transactions were suspended in the real estate market. However, they hope that next year the situation will be improved and transactions will be restored. "Arci" expects that in 2013 the prices in the real estate market will rise by approximately 10% . At the same time “Arci” confirms that there is a shortage of good apartments in newly built houses and notes that in the recent period a severe housing shortage is clearly observed.
