The luxury class "Hyatt" hotel will not be built in Tbilisi. One of the heads of "Loyal Estate" company implementing the project says that the shopping center will be located in the area of a former "Aragvi" restaurant instead of "Park Hyatt Tbilisi" ​​complex.

Minidia Gadaev adds that the company is in negotiations with potential partners and the general concept of the project already exists, however, more specific details are not known.

Tbilisi "Hyatt" project was approved in 2007. After Russia - Georgia war and the global crisis, investors have refused to make money in the project and "Hyatt" hotel's construction was delayed for years.
