Director of Tsinandali "Radisson" project Giorgi Kharabadze explains сommersant.ge that the hotel’s pricing policy is not yet precisely determined, but is expected to be lower than in Tbilisi "Radisson". Kharabadze notes, 100 rooms will be placed in the hotel's 4 - storey building. A 15 - meter-long underground corridor is planned to be made which will connect the hotel with Tsinandali winery.

In addition, the hotel will have open terraces, balconies and exclusive interior rooms as well as its own parking lot. While on the top of the building a pool and terrace will be placed.

Note: The project was created by a world-renowned architect John Fotiadis, who is an author of "Trump - Tower" project in Batumi. The hotel is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
