“Park Inn” hotel will be opened in "The Georgian Post" building in 2014. At present, the preparatory works are going on in the building.

"Silk Road Group" Supervisory Board member Lekso Topuria states сommersant.ge that a total of 180 rooms will be located in a 3 - star hotel while on the 6th and 7th floors office spaces will be placed.

Note: “Rezidor Hotel Group” Vice - President and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the “Silk Road Group” Giorgi Ramishvili signed Agreement Protocol on hotel construction last year.

The investment cost of the project is 20 million USD.

Topuria explains that the design of the hotel will be completed in May. "As soon as work on design is finished, construction will begin immediately and “Park Inn” hotel will be finished in a year and a half," - Topuria says in a conversation with commersant.ge.
