Distribution of agricultural cards will be completed by March 5. The head of Rural Development Department of the Ministry of Agriculture states radio "Commersant" that in total 688 thousand beneficiaries will receive preferential packages, however, this number may increase because the ministry is waiting for additional lists of unregistered land owners.

At the first stage, with use of agricultural cards, the farmers will be able to cultivate and fertilize their land plots.. This year 700 million GEL are planned to be spent on agriculture.
