Like "GDG" and "Gigsi" construction companies, "Tetris" names the profitability of the project as the key condition for getting a loan from the bank.
Note: “Bank of Georgia” funded “Tetris” company in the amount of 750000 GEL while "GDG" and "Gigsi" construction companies- in the amount of 10 million USD.
"Tetris" CEO David Panjikidze states that they plan to launch a new project this summer, for which the necessary financial resources will be found in “Bank of Georgia” again, at this stage the talks on the opening of 1 million Dollar credit line are underway.
“I heard complaints regarding funding of development business from other companies but in our case there is no problem. I have not applied to any other bank, “Bank of Georgia” financed our company because we presented a profitable project, "- Panjikidze notes.
As Panjikidze told commersant.ge, they had received funding due to the project’s profitability, financial participation and the submission of a short-term project.
Note: Development business accuses banks of refusing to issue loans to the construction companies and demands to prohibit them the possession of the construction companies.
