Businessman Lasha Papashvili Calls Georgian Real Estate Market Perspective, but still Sells

A businessman Lasha Papashvili makes additional explanations regarding the possible entry of a prominent player in the Georgian real estate market in the radio "Commersant" air. The businessman said in an interview with "Forbes " magazine that "Redix" property was currently worth 250 million USD. However, he plans to increase total assets to 700-800 million and sell his business.

The businessman explains us that Georgia’s real estate market has a great potential, but the state and the business have a lot to do to make the sector more attractive. Papashvili is sure that well-known real estate companies will be interested in entering the country. However, he notes that at this stage talks with any concrete company are not being held because he plans to dispose the assets in about 3-4 years.
