Radio "Commersant" reports that a private company may take over the resort's management. Tbilisi City Hall left Gudauri management and transferred the assets to the Ministry of Economy. Ministry officials say that they are working with the companies interested in the resort.

The Ministry is ready to hand over Gudauri Development Fund’s assets under the management of the investor. The ministry doesn’t specify at this stage whether prices will rise in terms of a new investor. Economy Minister Giorgi Kvirikshvili says that the current prices are business-oriented and do not include social interests.
