Infrastructure Ministry is going to announce tenders formini citiesсonstruction onhighways in 2014. As Deputy Minister explains to radio “Commersant'', there is no need to open mini cities as soon as possible. According to Shota Murghulia, until the current constructions are notcompleted on the highway, the ministry is not in a hurry to announce tenders.

Murghulianotes thatat this pointRuisi-Agara, Kutaisi and Kobuletibypass roadis being built.In his words,they gotfrom the previous government the objectsbehind the plan.However, theseprojects will be completedby2014,according to theplan.
