A Hotel to be Opened in a Former Building of Post of Georgia in Two Years   News ArchiveJuly 22, 2013 Radio "Commersant" reports  that " Park Inn" brand hotel will open in a former building of Post of Georgia located on  the Rustaveli Avenue in the third quarter of 2015. According to a brand owner "Rezidor Group" President, a 200 - room hotel will be calculated on the middle class. Wolfgang Newman says  that they are pleased that the "Park Inn" dynamic brand will be opened in Tbilisi that will enhance the company's representative in the country. Management notes, "Park Inn" will become a popular place for business - meetings.  "Rezidor" has already run "Radisson Blue" hotels  in Tbilisi and Batumi and is working on the  developmentof new facilities in Gudauri and Tsinandali. Protocol of Agreement was signed between "Silk Road", the owner of “Georgian Post” building,   and "Rezidor" last year. According to the current information, theproject's investment cost is 20 million GEL. "Rezidor Group" is included in the world's top ten hotel chains.
