Construction of Hotel Complex on Turkish Investment Delayed in Adjara

It became known to "Commersant" that theconstruction of the hotel complex on Turkish investments is delayed in Adjara due to changes in theproject. The owner of a famous chain of restaurants Turkish''Reina” company planned to build the complex at the end of July, but the Economy Ministry  proposed a different  project which extended the signing of a contract. As the Head of the Association of  International Investments explains to “Commersant'', an agreement between the company and the Ministry of Economy has been reached and the agreement is expected to be signed in October. ''Reina” will build the hotel complex in Adjara and 25 million USD will be invested for this purpose. According to the project, the construction should be completed in 2 years.
