Some developing companies have accused the State and the banking sector of trying to drive them out of the market. The head of the Association of Developers Irakli Rostomashvili has once again stated that the government does not have a clear plan, thereby disadvantaging the development companies and causing the sales figures to fall. In contrast, the Director General of the development company Archi Group Ilia Tsulaia has spoken about a 25% increase in sales, and stated that the situation on the construction market is improving every year.
