Giorgi Kananashvili, director of management company Dexus, declares that investment volume, which should be made in resume of Center Point’s suspended projects, totals to 15 million lari. At that, 2.5 million lari has been spent on White House, located on Moscow Avenue, 2.2 million lari – on the complex on Saakadze Square, while 4 million lari – on complex on Khosharauli Street. These complexes are located in Tbilisi and are planned to be finished by 2012. As the company notes, 4 projects will be finished until the end of this year out of 7 current projects, including Oasis in Didi Digomi district of Tbilisi – on September 6, 12-storey hotel-type complex White Magnolia in Batumi, where selling of remained residential and commercial areas is underway – on September 24, Tskneti residential complex – in October and another block of Oasis – on November 1. In total, company Dexus is going to finish 9 projects of Center Point this year.
