 It became known to ''Commersant” radio station that a French investment group plans to open a 5-star hotel in "Mikhailov " hospital building. According to the head of “Tiflis Hamkari'' , the hospital building has not been sold yet, though the Ministry of Economy plans to sell it for 7 million USD. It turns out that the Ministry of Economy is in talks with several investors, including the French investment group. Georgian businessmen are going to bring it in Georgia . “Tiflis Hamkari’’ doesn’t name the investor's identity and their Georgian partners, however, they say that he group plans to invest more than $ 100 million.
