Reconstruction of  " Sheraton Metechi Palace" hotel will begin in the fall.The representative of  "Rakia Georgia" Guga Tsanava told GBC that work on the hotel's architectural project would  be completed in 2 months , resulting in an overall plan for the reconstruction of the hotel. According to Guga Tsanava, after the adoption of the final plan it will be decided whether  the  reconstruction will be carried out by stages or  the hotel will be closed during this period . "We think it will be possible to carry out reconstruction by stages, but we will make a decision depending on which option would be more beneficial financially. We’ll start reconstruction in the fall, its completion will depend on which option would be chosen," - Guga Tsanava notes. According to preliminary calculations, the reconstruction of  " Sheraton Metechi Palace " will cost 20-25 million USD.
