Russia-based Georgian Businessman to Build a Hotel and Restaurant on Shaori Lake

Commersant" reports about the plans of the businessman involved in the Shaori Lake development project.

According to the Chairman ofAmbrolauri Council, Russia-based Georgian businessman Tamaz Jenalidze will build a hotel and restaurant on Shaori Lake.

Kakha Parjanidze states "Commersant" that the businessman will spend 200 thousand USD on the development of the area of 2 square meters.

He says that in the near future a company won a tender will begin to conduct communications to the lake. As for electricity , Ministry of Energy will provide the assistance to the municipality. It is known that 3 thousand GEL will be spent on the design works, but in total 80 thousand GEL - on infrastructure. Works on carrying out communications on Shaori lake will start in 3 months , after which the investor will commence the hotel and restaurant construction.
