Place of Construction of Anaklia Port and Identity of Future Manager still Unknown   News ArchiveApril 01, 2014 A specific place of construction of Anaklia port   and the identity of the port’s future manager  are still unknown. According to Economy Ministry,  the Partnership Fund [PF] is  studying  the technical side of the project at this stage and work is underway to select the optimal location.   Deputy Minister of Economy says  that American investment “Conti Group'' interested in the project has presented  the project development plan. However, the government  has not yet taken a decision on  cooperation with “Conti Group”. According to Keti Bochorishvili,  a number of investment groups are interested in the Anaklia port project , including Belgian,  and the government will receive a decision after the completion of feasibility studies of the project by the Partnership Fund.
