Anaklia turns into a modern resort city

Anaklia has turned from an ordinary seaside village settlement into a modern resort city with new boulevard, yacht0clubs, hotels and the longest in Europe - 550 km long walking path, which connects Anaklia with another seaside settlement - Ganmukhuri.
The city, which is in a few meters from the breakaway Abkhazia, becomes more and more impressive every day. Today the unprecedented number of visitors was caused with the visit of the president and other senior authorities, who arrived there to grant the status of the resort city to Anaklia and open a number of objects there.
The walking path made of wood, connects Anaklia with Ganmukhuri and it will be enlightened with Schroder bulbs at night.
Several other objects will be opened there today - a 5-star hotel Golden Fleece is one of them. The hotel meets all required standards of the five-star service - closed and open pools, gyms, yacht-club and etc. The visitors will have a choice between standard, VIP and presidential apartments.
An 8-meter long luster made of Swarovski crystals is hanging in the central hall of the hotel.
Anaklia will have a new boulevard too with a bicycle path available for any visitor. The governor of the region and other authorities, who arrived specially for the event there today, were the first to ride the bicycles there.
