According to the government decree, 100 % stake in "KazTransGas - Tbilisi" will be sold at commercial trading in 2015 . KazTag reports.
Also, 49% of shares of "KazTransGas Aimak" will be sold at commercial trading in 2015 as well as 50% stake belonged to JSC " KyrKazGas " and 49% share in the joint-stock company " KazTransGas - Almaty".
Corresponding list is annexed to the Government Decree "On Amendments and Additions to the Decree of the Government of the RK of March 31, 2014 N280« On approval of a comprehensive privatization plan for 2014-2016".
Publication of notices of sale of objects of privatization will be held in periodicals and on the web portal of the registry of state property during 2014-2016.
Information about the sale of the company was confirmed by its CEO Sanzhar Shokataev . According to him, this decision is part of the strategy of the Kazakh state-owned company on the sale of large foreign assets.
