Today, Georgia’s PM Irakli Garibashvili will attend the official presentation of the Georgian “TBC Bank” on the London Stock Exchange.

Georgian Prime Minister is paying a working visit to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

According to President of the National Bank of Georgia (NBG), this is a very important event, which once again shows a  high confidence in the banking sector. He says, perhaps we are a unique country because half of the banking sector are listed on the London Stock Exchange and this is the high level of investors’ confidence.

After "TBC Bank", stocks of  the two  leading Georgian banks will be presented on the London Stock Exchange. "Bank of Georgia" has been listed on the LSE since 2006, and the bank has been placed on the premium listing on the London Stock Exchange since 2012.
