Georgian Real Estate Association creates a large-scale real estate base which will be a common ground for realtors to work. According to President of the Association Aleksandre  Japaridze, as a result of  the project,  uncivilized Georgian market will be turned into  the market meeting contemporary standards. 

He says  that as soon as the  base is launched,  all existing real estate sites is likely to be ineffective and the capacity of the base will greatly exceed proposals  published in newspaper.

Realtors included in the Association will have a single symbol and  the corporate color - green, which means that the agentrepresents  a corporation and its common rules, "- explains Japaridze. 

The system will operate on the following principle: It will unite the realtors who have not committed any crimes during their work, nor violate professional ethical norm.

As for the cost of services, as Alexander Japaridze says, rates will not change and  will be 3% - 5% of  the volume of work.

Realtors will pay a fee to become a member of the Association. Data placement in the internal database will be free of charge, although a site, which buyers will be able to use  all over the world, will work  separately. The placement of  the ads  will be  paid there. The site work is scheduled for September.
