"Redix Group" Aparthotel to be Opened in Batumi after 2-Month Delay

"Le Port" aparthotel will be opened in Batumi in August instead of  June as plannedThe aparthotelproject belongs to  the  company "Redix" and its founder Mr. Papashvili. The official opening ceremony will be held in Batumi today. "Le Port" will start to receive the first guests on August 15. 
 

The company did not specify why the opening of the hotel was delayed and says that it is not public information.

 

"Le Port" consists of 45 rooms, of which 2 - single rooms, 34 – two bedroom apartments, and 7 - three-bedroom residential area. According to the company, the prices will not be fixed and will change according to the season. 
 

The aparthotel will have the highest prices in the summer season. At this stage, accommodation at the hotel will cost USD 160 -200. Since September, the price will fall.

 

Luxury apartments will be located on  the top  floor and the company doesn’t specify the prices. 

According to   "Redix", the apartments will be equipped with furniture, accessorizes and built-in kitchen appliances. 

USD 10 million worth of investments were made in the construction of the aparthotel. Up to 50 local employees will be employed in  "Le Port".
