A 25 -million project is waiting for a response from the  City Hall. In a case of the City Hall’s consent, the hotel complex will be built in Europe Square in Batumi. The project will be carried out by the Turkish company "Jasmine".

According to the Secretary General  of the International Investors Association Osman Chalishkan, the company will begin construction after receiving approval from the City Hall. In his words, the construction site has been fenced off.

Chalishkan notes that the complex will include ahotel, a restaurant and casino.

The name of the new hotel is unknown yet, however, it is known that the restaurant with have a name of the Turkish restaurant chain "Reina".
