A multi-functional complex will be built in the territory of a former Institute of Metallurgy located in one of the central districts of Tbilisi.

Apart from a 150 -room hotel, the winner in an electronic auction is responsible to build  a residential complex. 

The National Agency for State Property Management plans to announce a tender in the near future.

According to the terms of the tender, the hotel should begin to operate in 48 months after a purchaseagreement is signed. According to the terms of the auction, the winning company should invest GEL 25 200 000. 

The National Agency for State Property Management  states that  the state property can be purchased by Georgian or   foreign citizen as well as by a legal person or association of persons in which the share ofstate or a local government body is less than 25%.
