m² Development, subsidiary company of Sakartvelos Banki (Bank of Georgia), announced today about start of Optima Isani, a construction project with new concept. “Residential complex Optima Isani belongs to new optimal construction line, with which the company will implement construction projects, being affordable for more families”, m² pointed. The company said that the first project of the new line will have 2-room finished apartments with cost starting from $29,000. At that, purchase is available through long-term mortgage loan of Sakartvelos Banki. Two buildings of 238-apartment residential complex will be built on area of 5,237 square m. Completion of construction is scheduled for July 2016.
