"Tbilisi Development" Builds a Multifunctional Complex on the Tbilisi Sea on Georgian Investments

The company "Tbilisi Development" is building a multi-functional complex located on the Tbilisi seaon Georgian investments. According to the company’s marketing manager Salome Napishvili, the complex is building on  100 percent Georgian investments, but she doesn’t specify the budget.

 

 Napishvili notes that the company was established in July of this year and is carrying out only one project at this point. It is known that a hotel will be located in one wing, while  apartments in two wings. In Salome Napishvili’s words,  an outdoor pool and tennis courts will be located in the  complex and can be used only by residents. The project should be commissioned in September 2015.


As Napishvili says,  the project doesn’t compete with "Gino Paradise" and information as if  "Gino Paradise" and "Tbilisi Development" have the same  investor is not true.

 

It is known that the investor of the entertainment complex “Gino Paradise” plans to build a hotel complex on the Tbilisi sea. The hotel consisted of more than 200 rooms and building by Georgian businessman living in Slovakia will be completed by  the end of 2015.
