Spanish Construction Company plans to invest in Georgia. Director General of the company  arrived in Georgia with the support of the Spain-Georgia Chamber of Commerce and got acquainted with investment opportunities in the country. At the initial stage  the Spanish company will invest  3 million Euro in the construction of the residential complex located in  the city center on the area of ​​5 000 square meters.

 

According to the company’s   Director General Felix Cuadrado,   he acquainted with the situation on the Georgian market and found that there is a black and white frame in the country, which he had not heard. “We would like to introduce a different approach to the construction activities. We are not going to offer either white or black frame. We will build a house and hand over it to clients. In the initial stages, 3 million Euro are planned to be invested, because we want to have a good look into the local market, and if the project succeeds, we’ll carry out a greater investment in the future”,- Felix Cuadrado notes.
