According to the  Chairman of the "Silk Road Group" Giorgi Ramishvili, construction of "Park Inn” hotel  is underway in the former building of the Georgian Post. A tender has been recently held  to reveal a general contractor and everything will go even at faster pace. A winner is being selected now. It will take about a year and a half to complete construction works; the  building should be reconstructed  inside.

The project cost is  about  USD 200 million. It will be a 200-room hotel, where a  restaurant, lobby bar, a sports hall and sauna will be located as well as  conference space and a business lounge.

"Park Inn" as well as "Radisson" is included in "Rezidor Hotel Group". A cafe, which  was recently built in front of the hotel on the Rose Revolution Square, is also under "Radisson" management.

Construction  works are underway on the place  of  "Andropov ears" as well. Georgian restaurant complex will be located  in this area, for this purpose USD  6 million will be invested.

We would like to build a large pool in the garden where a skating rink will be arranged  in winter and in summer – a  usual nice pool.

It will be also managed by "Radisson".
