The new three-star hotel will open in Gudauri. According to sales director of  "Marco Polo" hotel  Irakli Mamporia, investors have invested USD 2 million in the low-cost "Marco Polo" hotel.

He says  internal repairs are going on in the new building at the stage which is likely to be opened in early December. Mamporia notes that negotiations with the American Best Western hotel brand are  in progress. 

In his words, the hotel will consist of  64 rooms, catering services, as well as all the additional services offered by "Marco Polo" will be provided by the hotel for  the  customers. 

A one night stay in the hotel will start from USD 120-150
