The construction company “White Group” will build a resort type chateau. According to the company's chief executive officer George Gonjilashvili, the project is financed by  French investors and $ 10 million are planned to be invested for this purpose.

The construction will begin in spring 2015. The company expects that the first hotel  will be built in the fall,  while the construction process will be fully completed within 5 years. 
 

The hotel will consist of  120 rooms. To develop wine tourism, a small plant will operate in its territory. George Gonjilashvili notes that  a small vineyard will be planted as well and the grapes grown there will be processed  at the factory  owned by the hotel.
