New Shopping Center Opened in the Center of Tbilisi

Archi Tower shopping center will be opened in the center of the Georgian capital. According to the development companies  IberCompany and Archi Group, shopping facilities representing the world famous brands such as  Super, My  home lab, English Home, Lotto, Aspria, Penti, ProLight, LifeSyle, Mandarina will function  on the second floor  located on the area of  7 000 sq. meters .

The official opening ceremony was  attended by Tbilisi Mayor David Narmania.

In this area, IberCompany together with its partner Archi Group is carrying out the largest development project - Archi Tower. "Archi Tower is a 23 multi-storey complex with a total area of 35000 square meters, with a total investment volume of USD 30 million. A shopping center and a two-story underground parking for 150 cars will be located on the first and second floors while on third floor-  the spa, a swimming pool and a  modern housing of the European standards, which is scheduled to be completed  in 2016,"- Archi Group representatives say.

 

Customers visiting  the shopping center  will be able to buy home furnishings and decorations, tableware and home accessories, home lighting, home appliances, toys, jewelry, bed linens, fitness and sports clothing.

The stores of the brands such as My  home lab, English Home, Lotto , Aspria, Penti, ProLight, LifeSyle, Mandarina will be located  on the second floor of the complex. In the near future an appliance shop Megatechnica will be opened as well.

 

One of the most successful hypermarket chain Smart and the world-famous fast food brand Wendy’s are already functioning  on the first floor of the shopping center as well as a variety of brand shops and service providers: VTB Bank, Villeroy & Boch, PHARMADEPOT, Game Zone, TeaMania, Delfos, Hello Kitty and others.
