Arab investor plans to build a 5-star hotel and apartments on the left bank of the Mtkvari River. He wants to remain anonymous until the project is launched and for this reason is not going to meet the Georgian media at this stage.

 

Business consulting company MB Cons conducted a financial analysis of the project commissioned by the businessman interested in investing in the hotel business. "Commersant" was told at  the companythat  the project would  cost USD 85 million, but he has no right to disclose other details about the project.

 

It is known that at this stage the territory is owned by the state.
