How the government imagines the city's urban development. The City Hall is working on the document which will be ready in about a year.

 
Prior, the Architecture Service of Tbilisi is preparing the general plan of development of different areas of the capital. According to Nina Khatiskatsi, this document will define the parameters of the streets in  individual districts.

“When there will be  a framework document determining  a street location, the width of the street, how areas should be divided, a building of what  intensity and  what function should be constructed and of the buildings to be constructed, then the developer will have limitations not to build  at their discretion, but to meet these regulations. As a result, the city will be developed more logically,'' -  Deputy Mayor Nina Khatiskatsi  notes.
