Rezidor Group expands a hotel network in  Georgia. Rezidor  has already signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Block Georgia which owns the hotel Tori.  According to the agreement,  Park Inn  Tori hotel will be built in  the territory of Tori hotel. This will be Park Inn second hotel in Tbilisi.

Rezidor  will be presented in  Georgia with 6 hotels. Rezidor Group President says  that Georgia is a growing market and they are pleased to continue to strengthen and increase the  network along with their  partners. Park Inn Tori will be a 180-room hotel. The hotel will include a restaurant and bar, conference rooms and parking area. According to Wolfgang Newman, Park Inn is Rezidor’s young, dynamic and innovative mid market brand.

Rezidor’s  partner Block Georgia states Commersant that a Memorandum was signed  but at this stage  the procedure for obtaining permission from the state is underway, therefore, details of the start of construction and the volume of investments will be announced early next year. Block Georgia plans to develop another hotel in  the next three years. Block Georgia makes  investments in various sectors including health care, construction, logistics and energy.
