A 40-storey multifunctional complex is being built in the center of Batumi. The project is  carried out by the Georgian-Turkish company System Insaat. "Commersant" was told at the Finance and Economy Ministry that a 40-storey multifunctional complex should be completed  by August 30,  2015.

The multifunctional complex is located in the center of Batumi, between Trump Tower and the Radisson Blue Hotel and, as a whole, the company invested  $ 60 million in this project.

Architecture and design of the complex belongs to the international company Broadway Malyan while SystemConstruction performs the construction works.

Recall that in May of last year, a member of the International Investors Association “System Inshaat” won  in the auction announced by the Ministry of Finance and Economy and bought a land area of 3 997sq. m in the center of Batumi.

Ministry of Finance and Economy of Adjara Autonomous Republic  proved a project of construction of  a multi-functional complex which will be carried out  in Batumi by a member of International Investors Association-  Ltd. System Inshaat.
