This year, Rakia Georgia will focus on the reconstruction of the Sheraton hotel  and development of Tbilisi Mall.

According to Rakia Georgia CEO, the company will carry out the planned without delays.

In Guga Tsanava’s words, Sheraton reconstruction, a main phase of which will be completed this year,  has launched and the hotel will be opened in the fall of 2016. Arrangement of  entertainment zones  at Tbilisi Mall will be finished this year as well.

Director  of "Rakia Georgia"  notes that the Investment Promotion Strategy for Poti Free Industrial Zone developed by a well-known Spanish Corporation will be ready  in  a month and half and then the reorganization will start. 

In addition, Tsanava  claims that  the number of clients in the industrial zone  is increasing, although  radical changes have not yet started. Tsanava says the Group intends to expand the  hotel business.
 

We are talking about hotels construction  in Vardziasa and Adjara or in Tbilisi, however, he adds that the actual decision has not yet been taken in this regard. Rakia Georgia wants to  invest  $25 million in “Sheraton"  reconstruction and $ 15 million - in new projects at Tbilisi Mall.
