"The hotel had to be opened  in March 2015, but as Alexander Akhvlediani,  “MARINA COLISEUM  Ltd " Director states  "Commersant ", the construction period was extended for 3 months because the project has been changed.

By this time, 80% of hotel construction has been completed.

The Coliseum- shaped  hotel will be a 10 - storey building and will contain 108 rooms. The project, in which  “Marina Coliseum'' invested $ 12 million, is being carried out on the territory of 14 427 square meters .

The hotel will include  indoor and outdoor pools, spa, sauna, gym and conference halls and casino.

Alexander Akhvlediani notes that  the hotel will be operated by a renowned brand, however, at this point a final decision has not been taken.
Construction of  "Marina Coliseum" hotel  started in 2012. In total  100 people will be employed in the hotel.
