Construction of 5-star hotel in Tbilisi (247 rooms) is almost completed, sales manager of Hotel&Preference Hualing Tbilisi Giorgi Gutsayev declared. There remain only insignificant interior finishing work, he told Sarke. Gutsayev found difficulty in naming volume of investment, but said that the hotel employs 230 people at this stage, while this number will increase to 300 by end of May. To remind, Chinese Hualing Group implements also such projects as “The New City on Tbilisi Sea”, mall Tbilisi Sea Plaza and Kutaisi free industrial zone. According to the company, its investments since 2007 have reached $500 million and “this figure will continue growth in future”.
