"Silk Road Group" that built the world brand’s "Radisson hotel» in  Tbilisi plans to build a new hotel. It is known that the construction will launch in 2012 and will last for two years. However, "Silkroud" refrains to name other details.

According to the Group Director, since "Radisson" has entered the market, all the distinctive level of quality was emerged. In his words, many Tbilisi hotels are trying to achieve the standards the "Radisson" has introduced.

In the estimation of the "Silkroud manager, currently hotel market in Georgia is chaotic and he hopes that more mid-level hotels would enter the market. Please note: The well-known businessman Lasha Papashvili will build "Novotel" hotel with financial support of  EBRD.
