The opening ceremony of  the five-star Hilton Batumi hotel was attended by Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Government of Adjara. “Hilton Batumi” official opening was  scheduled for the end of 2014 but was postponed until the start of the tourist season.

The hotel is conveniently near the airport in the heart of Batumi, Hilton Batumi is close to Batumi University, Era Square, and Batumi Beach.

Recall that on  August 30, 2005, "TurInvest" company purchased a boarding house “Batumi"  at the unconditional  auction  for  $ 970 000. It was  a land plot of about 4 700 square meters. Initially  it was planned to invest  EUR 90 million in the project.
