Ukrainian Businessman to Build a Hotel in Keda Municipality, Adjara

The citizen of Ukraine  will build a hotel in the village of Kveda Makhuntseti,  Keda municipality.

 

According to the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Adjara, buildings and constructions  located on 847.80 square meters  as well as  1 045 square meters  of non- agricultural land adjacent to them were sold via the auction announced by the Ministry for  $ 20 450.

 

According to the agreement, the investor is obliged  to invest $  80 000 in the Makhuntseti village, to build not less than a 10-room hotel within 12 months after signing the contract and launch the hotel in 24 months.

 

At the same time, the contract obliges the investor to employ at least 5 locals  for  a period of five years in a month after the  hotel opening.
